So this afternoon, I got a notification on facebook...this was the comment someone made under a friend's picture. I think the guy was trying to holla, but its not clear why it was done in such an erroneous manner.
Even though this is funny, I'm deeply concerned because I see so much of this lately? Is the education system failing in naija or what?
