Getting parking tickets or speeding tickets are basically the worst feelings to have. Most especially when you are on a tight budget and have to cough out money because you go over your parking limit by one minute.

Police officers are human beings too...or are at least meant to be. So why do they say they can't do anything once they start writing a ticket? Cant they???...Are there any cops or people who can clarify this>? Share your experiences with police officers and being ticketed.
