Chanel designer Karl Lagerfield just introduced a giant purse with basically what you would call a hoola hoop wrapped around it.Some say its a bit ridiculous, obnoxious, and yes, expensive.
Fashion does fall under the umbrella of art, and I for one think its a genius concept because its something that we haven't really seen before and it pushes the limit like art is supposed to
